Faulty Returns
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but if the products are faulty, we’re so sorry!
When a product isn’t up to scratch, the Consumer Guarantees Act gives a consumer powerful after-sales rights.
We will process a refund for the price paid for the product and shipment charges incurred, if the product is

damaged

does not match the description

If a product has a minor fault, we can choose to repair the item, replace it, or refund your money.
But if the fault is major, it’s the customer's choice whether to opt for a replacement or a refund.
Note: A major fault means a reasonable consumer wouldn't have bought the product if they'd known about the problem. Regarding description, variations may occur due to factors such as screen resolution, lighting (for exact colour)and individual perceptions. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of product information

Just changed your mind?

We reserve the right to replace or refund a product where the customer has changed their mind provided the product has not been dispatched yet. Once the product is dispatched we will not be able to process any refund or replacement due to the nature of the products and the health and safety issues involved

Incorrect order

We are not liable to refund or replace any product if the same was ordered incorrectly such as wrong color or size. Again, to serve and provide our customers with easy shopping, please reach out to us immediately in the event of a wrong purchase, if the same is still to be dispatched we will get in touch for the resolution.
